We spent 8 days at the Four Seasons Hotel in Seoul, Korea. Our days were full of luxury, kindness, and although the corona virus had just broken out, we felt completely safe and cared for by this incredible staff who were anxiously awaiting our arrival. They knew us all by name and immediately whisked us up to our room where they had breakfast waiting for us.
The personnel at this property should be coaching other hotels on customer service.

This property, its facilities, the varieties of food options, the location, and the staff is what makes this property truly superior and worth a trip to Seoul. I love skincare, luxury, food, and culture; basically this property wrapped up everything I love into one single building and I couldn’t have been happier with our stay. A huge thank you to Susan and her team for caring for us like family. We cannot wait to return!
