1. Thread chicken.

ingredients:

400 g chicken boneless
1 egg
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tbsp chili sauce’
1 tsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp corn flour or ararot
1 tbsp schezwan sauce or tomato ketchup
1 tbsp vinegar or vinegar
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp salt

FOR THREAD

1 THREAD NOODLES OR
2 SAMOSA SHEETS OR
3 NOODLES

2. Chicken Crepes Recipe ♥️

Ingredients:
( for 9-10 crepes )
For Crepes:
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp oil or butter
1 cup plain flour
1 cup + 1|4 cup milk

FOR CHICKEN ( FILLING )
250 g boneless chicken
1/3 tsp salt
1/3 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp lemon juice

1 onion
1/2 capsicum

1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 cup mozzarella cheese
oil as require for cooking

3. Mughlai chicken paratha recipe ♥️
Ingredients

1 cup plain flour
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt

Chicken 200 g ( not 250 g )
2 tbsp onion
1 tsp garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper powder

3 eggs
1 onion
coriander leaves
chili flakes 1/4 tsp
1/3 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/4 tsp garam masala

4. Chicken bhuna roll Recipe ♥️

1 cup plain flour
1 cup wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
4-5 tbsp yogurt ( optional )

FOR BHUNA CHICKEN:-

500 g boneless chicken
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chat masala
1 tbsp heaped ginger garlic pate
1/2 lemon juice

2 tomatoes
1 onion

1 egg for 1 roll ( 2 pinch salt )
cheese slices or any cheese
