Ingredients:
For Gatta Preparation
Gram flour(besan)- 1 cup
Asafoetida (hing)-1/4 tsp
Cooking oil- 3 tbsp
Carom seeds(ajwain)-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/3 tsp
Cumin powder-1/4 tsp
Coriander powder-1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/4 tsp
Salt- 1/3 tsp
For curry preparation:
Onion paste – 1/2 cup (paste of 3 onions)
Tomato Puree – 1/3 cup ( puree of 2 tomatoes)
Yogurt – 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Cooking oil- 4 tbsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
