Hey guys. Here’s some of the exercises I learnt over time to focus on growing my hips. I naturally have very tiny hips so that’s why I wanted to grow it. There’s nothing wrong of have little hips but I wanted to have a wider hips. Also they are all bodyweight exercises so you can do it at home! I do suggest using ankle weights or resistance band once bodyweight is getting easy for you.
