Gujiya recipe_How to make gujiya/meetha samosa at home_easy step by step recipe

Today i am making gujia recipe as known as meetha samosa. Gujiyas are sweet dumplings made of flour crust and filled with a delightful khoya and dry fruits mixture.very yummy and delicious recipe.

ingredient for dough
flour 1 cup
milk 1/4 cup
samolina 1/4 cup
ghee 2 tbsp
water as required

ingredients for filling
khoya 1/3 cup
coconut 1/2 cup
raisins 2 tbsp
icing sugar 2 tbsp
mix dry nuts 60 gram
cardamom 1

for sheera or sugar syrup
water 1 cup
sugar 1 1/2 cup
