Maida- 1/2 cup
PaneerCottage cheese – 1/2 cup
Sugar- 1.5 cups
Water- 1.5 cups
saffron stringsKesar- 6-7
Elaichi- 2
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp (to avoid crystallization)
