Halloween Craft for Kids | Paper Plate Ghost

I’m so excited about the Halloween Craft for Kids videos we have planned for Halloween starting with our Paper Plate Ghost. They look great hanging outside blowing in the wind or even by an open window in the house. Your kids will have fun making these Paper Plate Ghosts.

All you need is a paper plate, streamers or crepe paper, glue and a marker. Super easy and cheap as you should be able to find most items in the house.
