ingredients for puri
flour 250 gram
water as required
salt 1/2 tsp
oil 1 tbsp
oil for frying

ingredients for halwa
semolina 100 gram
ghee 100 gram
water 400 ml
sugar 200 gram
cardamom 2
zarda color 1/4 tsp

ingredients for cholay ki tarkari
chickpeas 250 gram (soaked with water and add 1/4 tsp baking soda for six hour then boiled with 1/2 tsp salt)
oil 1/4 cup
onion 2
tomato puree 1/2 cup
garlic paste 1 tsp
red chilli powder 2 tsp
salt 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp
kalonji 1/4 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
toasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
water 1 cup
corn flour 1 tsp
