Ingredients for the Pizza Base
2 ⅛ cups Maida / All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ cup Curd / Plain Yogurt
2 tbsp Olive Oil
¼ cup Water
1/2 tbsp Cornmeal/ Makki Ka Atta
Ingredients for the Toppings
¼ cups Onions
¼ cup Bell Peppers All Colors
⅛ cup Olives
¼ cup Blanched corn
12-15 Basil leaves
1 tsp Butter
½ tsp Italian mixed Herbs
½ tsp Chilli Flakes
½ tsp Instant Garlic
1 cup Cheese
½ tsp Olive Oil
