1 lb peeled/deveined pre-cooked shrimp
Drizzle with olive oil
1 clove minced garlic
1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
A squeeze fresh lime juice

*** Pico de Gallo ***
1/4 c diced onion
1 medium tomato, diced
1 seeded/diced jalapeño
A squeeze fresh lime juice

*** Avocado Shrimp Salad ***
Cilantro Lime Shrimp
1 Avocado diced
Pico de Gallo
1 Tbsp Fresh chopped cilantro
1/2 Lime juice
*Mix well and serve!
