HOW TO: 5 STRAND BRAID Tutorial | Long Medium Length Hairstyles

In today’s hair tutorial I’m teaching how to 5 strand braid on yourself. This unique hairstyle is perfect for a night out, as a school hairstyle, or even as a prom hairstyle!

I absolutely fell in love with the 5 strand braid when I saw it I knew I had to recreate it. It’s so perfect for a daytime look, or I think it would be a unique hairstyle for this holiday season!

This braid is tough, but after a lot of perseverance, and sore arms, I finally figured out a way that worked for me. I find placing the strands in front of shoulders worked best, as I didn’t have to fumble around with as many strands. This took me a lot of practice, and I really hope that this tutorial can help you out. 🙂
