Ingredients ?
600grams lamb mince /chicken or beef
4 cups rice
3-4tbls cooking oil
1 tbls crushed chillies
2 tbls corriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp whole cumin
1 tbls ginger/garlic paste
Whole spices, Cardomom pods, cinnamon sticks, whole black pepper
2 tbls ghee
Few bullet chillies
Chopped green /red peppers
1/2 cup boiled masoor dhal
4 fresh tomotoes chopped
1/2 tin tomatoes
3 onions chopped
4-5 tbls fried onions
Fried potatoes
Chopped mint and corriander leaves
Pinch of saffron mix with water.
