Hello! Here we go again with a new and full of veggie recipe.
A dish that is very popular among Ilocanos just like my husband.
He sure loves this dish as well as my father in law.

Pinakbet Ingredients:

200g of pork
180g of squash
120g of okra or lady finger
1 medium eggplant
5 pcs of string beans
1 small bitter melon
1 medium onion
1 medium tomato
3 tbsp of shrimp paste
