How To Crochet A Ruffle Edge or Border
Row 1: ch3 (counts as 1dc) make 1dc in same st. **Make 1dc in next st, make 2dc in next st** repeat between ** to the end of the row/round
Row2: ch1 (doesn’t count as sc) make 1sc in same st and in each stitch available.
Repeat row 1 and 2 for the loose, flowy ruffle you see in the pictures.
