Hello ? my name is Sara welcome to my channel Crochet for Baby. In today’s tutorial I will show you how to crochet this easy poncho with hoodie for girls. The poncho or cape that I crochet in the tutorial is for girls from 3-5 years. You can also make this hooded cape bigger for girls from 6-8 years by changing your yarn to a medium #4 and a 5mm crochet hook.

For this crochet toddler poncho tutorial i used James C. Brett yarn (link above) but you can also use lion brand baby soft yarn which is a light #3 baby yarn. I used about 150g. You may need less or more depending how long or how big you make yours.
