How to Crochet the Alternating Half Double Crochet Stitch | HDC Stitch | How to Crochet ?

The Stitch Instructions HERE!

Work in multiples of 3
R1: HDC in the 3rd CH from the hook. HDC in each stitch all the way across. CH 2. Turn.
R2: (CH 2 counts as HDC) *HDC in the back loop of the next stitch. HDC in the front loop of the next stitch. Rep from * all the way across ending with an HDC in the top of the turning CH.
R3 – ?: repeat row 2
