This is just a basic upper level bojutsu block.

Good. When we’re starting out with this, the strike is going to come into my head, and as it comes in, the bo is just going to float up and my legs are going to help initiate the movement. My body and my legs are really working together to almost get underneath that bo before it arrives at my head. But, timing is of critical essence as I do this. Again, also you want to be of where your fingers are at. Here.
