HOW TO FILM COOKING VIDEOS OVERHEAD

I’m not a professional, I’m totally ordinary and this is how I set up once a week to film recipes overhead. I do this all in my home kitchen. I use a C-Stand for holding my camera overhead extended onto my peninsula. Then I have 2 soft light boxes flanking the peninsula. My ring light stands right behind me at the base of the C-Stand.
I do this entirely by myself.
My camera is tethered by a cord to my computer so I can see how the camera is filming and make adjustments.
