Tendonitis of your right shoulder is an inflammation of your rotator cuff.

The rotator cuff is consists of muscles and tendons in your shoulder.

They connect your upper arm bone to your shoulder blade.

Injury can caused inflammation to most of your rotator cuff.

Symptoms.
1.Swelling in the shoulder.
2.Pain in the shoulder.
3.Trigger point pain when lifting arm.
4.Tender feeling in the shoulder.
5.Pain when moving the arm.

Things to do to avoid it:
1.Avoid lifting heavy object.
2.Take a beak from repetitively job.
3.Avoid carry heavy stuff on one side of the shoulder.
4.Rest the shoulder regularly.
