So all you have to eat again healthy food, face is normally small when the people don’t have much appetite and also they can’t eat more so they are overall lean, so iron supplement for them would be best because eating iron every day like green leafy vegetables may not be possible for them, so it’s taking an iron supplement would definitely help to increase the appetite and if they appetite the eat 500 more calories than normal days then they would see some increase on their weight gain in a week’s time. So they can choose more healthy foods rather than junk food or oily food as it is better to eat and gain better weight in healthy way. So eat more dry fruits, nuts, oil seeds and foods like the whole grains and whole eggs, milk, foods and vegetables.
