Some people lose fat on the belly faster than other part of the body which gives them a natural hourglass figure. I used to hate how my body look! I work hard to get to where I am right now. My body shape is definitely more of a banana shape because of my bone structure and where I store most of my fat. I’ve worked hard at the gym to get to where I am, still a banana but I have accepted it. It took me a long time to accept my body because of how I was teased in the past. That’s one of the main reasons why I was quite insecure about my shape and started making improvements to my body. Anyway take it easy and you will be happier!
