In order to benefits from the properties we just explained, the best thing to do is drink artichoke and horsetail tea.

This tea will help your body get rid of accumulated toxins, reduce fat and improve skin elasticity.

Here’s what you need:

1 artichoke;
2 cups of water;
2 tablespoons of horsetail;
1 teaspoon of lemon juice.

Now all you have to do is:

Cut the artichoke into pieces and put them in a pot to boil.
Whenever the water starts boiling turn down the heat and add the horsetail.
Let it boil for 2 or 3 more minutes.
Turn off the stove and let the mixture cool for 15 minutes. Once the time is up, strain it and add the lemon juice.

It’s recommended that you drink this tea for 2 weeks, once in the morning and again at night. After the two weeks are up, stop for one week and then start back up again.
