In this video, I show you step by step how to get rid of tension from desk work.

If you sit in front of your desk for long hours without a break. It can put a strain on ligaments and muscles in your shoulder and back.

Sitting all day without a break can weakens the muscles in the midsection and lower body areas. Without strong legs and Glute to hold our
legs. It will be unable to hold us up when walking and even running.

This can also cause tension, strain to the shoulder and neck to be stiff and even back pain.

This video exercise will help relax the muscles tension in your neck and shoulder.

Also loosen the back muscles and reduce any discomfort in the shoulder, back and hip areas.

Do this 2 times a day for 3 weeks.
