The 7 emotional stages of grief are usually:
1. In shock
2. Disbelief
3. Denial.
4. Guilt.
5. Anger.
6. Depression.
7. Acceptance and hope.

Symptoms of grief can be emotional, physical, social, or even religious in nature.
All these will affect the body and mind greatly.

The heartbreak of grief can increase blood pressure and even blood clots. Intense grief can cause a broken heart resulting in heart disease or even heart attack.
