How to knit newborn baby bonnet, cap or hat with icord strings for boys and girls 0-3M to 18-24M

Hi everyone. My name is Sara welcome to my channel Crochet for baby. In this tutorial I will show you how to knit this super easy knit newborn baby bonnet, cap or hat for boys and girls. For this knit newborn baby hat or bonnet I used 3mm bamboo knitting needles. I used Drops Merino baby wool and used about 49 grams of yarn. You can also make it smaller or bigger just see below.

Preemie use 2mm needles with #3 yarn
NB use 2.5mm needles with #3 yarn
0-3M use 3 mm needles with #3 yarn
3-6M use 3.5 mm needles with #3 yarn
6-9M use 4mm needles with #3 yarn
9-12M use 4.5mm needles with #3 yarn
12-18M use 5mm needles with medium #4 yarn
18-24M use 5.5mm needles with medium #4 yarn
