In this tutorial teaches you how to make a 3D Paper Quilling Flowers Desgins for Beginners. Its a basic shape for making a Quilling Flower
.
You can use this Quilling Flower to decorate a Birthday card / Valentines day card. Here I have used 6 petal for one flower and also use a pearl on top to looks the 3d quilling flower more attractive.. Each strips is 30 cm long and 1 cm wide. In future I will make a video tutorial on How to make a birthday card using Paper Quilling Flower.

You will need :

* Quilling Strips ( 5mm )
* Quilling Pen
* Comb
* Glue
* Pearl
* Scissors
* Quilling mold for shape
