How to Make a Terrazzo Clay Pendant | Polymer Clay Mosaic Effect | DIY Tutorial

In this tutorial I’ll show you how to create a terrazzo style pattern within polymer clay using 3 different colours of clay, and then make a necklace pendant out of it.

I chose to use neon colours for the pattern and black FIMO for the background, but if you wanted it to look more like the terrazzo flooring that’s on trend at the mo, then use more natural stone colours (white, grey, brown, even a bit of light blue and pink) as well as stone-effect clays like FIMO granite clay. Plus, add more clay shards in a wider variety of sizes, including very small sizes – as small as 1-2 mm.

The neon clay I used was from Cernit, and the shards measured between about 3mm and 10mm long.

I hope you have fun trying this technique out! Thanks for watching 🙂
