How To Make Fish Pakora | Indian Cooking Recipes | #CookwithAnisa #recipeoftheday

Fish Pakora has always been a popular starter, and recently been trending at Indian Weddings. Its so easy to make and I’m going to show you how! As soon as you fry them, eat them straight away, nice and crunchy!

Ingredients:

400g Cod Fish (You can also use Sole or Snapper)
2 TBLS Corn Flour
1 Cup Gram Flour
1 TSP Baking Powder
1/2 TSP Ajwain Seeds (Carrom Seeds)
1 Fresh Lemon
Green Chillies & Green Corriander
Garlic Cloves
1 TSP Cumin Powder
1 TSP Kashmiri Chilli
Salt to taste
1/2 TSP Turmeric Powder
1 TSP Red Chilli Powder

For Batter:
6 TBLS Natural Yoghurt
Water
