Ingredients for Paneer Tikka:
(Serves 3)
– 2 tbsp Curd
– 2 tbsp Gram Flour
– 1 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
– 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
– 1 tsp Mustard Oil
– 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
– 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
– 1/2 Lemon Juice
– Salt
– 200 gms Paneer(cubes)
– 2 tsp Oil

Ingredients for Chapati:
– Wheat Flour
– Dough
– 1/4 tsp Oil

Ingredients for Paneer Tikka Roll:
– Mayonnaise
– Cabbage(shredded)
– Onions(shredded)
– Spring Onions(chopped)
– Paneer Tikka
– Lemon Juice
– Salt
