Leakage of ejaculatory fluid in the night time is very common in unmarried people or in people who have long time no sexual intercourses. It is very common in younger age group of people. Leakage is due to overload causing leak due to wet dreams, i.e. some sweet dreams causing leakage. So there is nothing wrong in it. To avoid it patient can masturbate out the seminal fluid which is existing. If that overload is gone then the wet dreams automatically decrease. The patient who are married already can still have wet dreams, that indirectly indicate the lack of sexual intercourse in these patients. If they start having regular sexual intercourse or masturbate regularly the wet dreams decrease.
