In this video I show you step by step how you can stop your hiccups. Just follow a long with me and after 5-10 minutes of doing the exercise, they will stop.

Hiccups are are cause by sudden contractions of the diaphragm muscle. If you eat too fast or swallow air along the way with the food and it will irritate the diaphragm and it will cause hiccups.

In this video I will show you step by step guide to get rid of hiccup.
First we massage the diaphragm up and down to relax the muscles and then side way to clear any blockages.

Pushing the thumb in the solar plexus will also help to release pressure in the diaphragm area.

Once it clear we will clear the throat are with the thumb by pushing it in and out clearing the wind pipe to connect with the diaphragm.

Once we done that we will then use our fingers to push in and out of the diaphragm, by breathing in and out to clear any blockages thats causes the hiccups.

Do this immediately if you have hiccups and once you done the exercises drink a glass of warm water. This will help you to get rid of your hiccups faster.

Do this 2 times a day for 3 weeks.
