she started her blog a couple of weeks ago and makes quick cooking videos plus she shares her recipes on her site. I wanted to see if I could follow along and prepare my turkey the way she instructs for this Thanksgiving. Heads up, it was delicious and perfectly cooked so I highly recommend this method. Also, you need 4 days to dry out the skin. I take you on our Thanksgiving prep, as we spatchcock this turkey and then make all of the other side dishes that are a part of Thanksgiving.
