Spot Idli with Batter Recipe Ingredients:
Idli Rava – 1 ½ cup
Urad Dal – ½ cup
Methi – 1 tsp
Poha – 3 tbsp
pani – to make a paste
namak – as per taste
Karam Podi :
Chana Dal – 2 tbsp
Dhaniya ke beej -1½ tbsp
Methi – ½ tsp
Urad Dal – 1 ½ tbsp
Sarso – 1 tsp
Jeera – ½ tbsp
Ghee – 1/4 tsp
Garlic – 4 kaliya
Curry patta – 4-5
Imli – 3-4 pieces
Kashmiri lal mirch – 2-3 tbsp
Salt – 1 tbsp
For Spot Idli – Onion – 2 tbsp
Coriander fresh – 1 tbsp
Tomato – 2 tbsp
Green Chili – ½ tsp
