Instructions to use Mouthguards, it is very much prescribed by your dentist. However when your dentists asks you to use it you are supposed to flow it meticulously. However if you are into sports activity. You a supposed to keep your mouth clean, keep it in a box so that there is some amount of air and you can use it as and when you are indulging in activities like sports and make sure you use certain mild detergents or soap to clean it so that there is no bacteria or microorganisms on Mouthguards. If the guards are given by dentists they give you timings to use it. Certain guards are given at night and use these guards at night clean your mouth and clean with water and wear it at night and remove in the morning. You are supposed to let it in cold waters so that it doesn’t attract microorganisms. We give the boxes to keep the guards safe s that they do not misplace it. So caring for your guard becomes very important.
