In most of the men, one of the testis is usually slightly larger than the other, but usually it depends on the doctor’s perception as well as the patients perception. But the difference should not be too much and also one of the testicles is hanging lower than the other testicle. This is a normal anatomical variation. As long as this is not there then the person should not worry about the difference in size. If the difference in size of the testis is associated with other symptoms, pain , or the loss of sensation foo the testis then you need to worry about the size of the testis. As long as it is comparable or it is slightly bigger than the other, the person need not worry about the difference in size.
