Ingredients:
Moong Dal – 1 ½ cup
Pani – Dal Soak karne ke lie
Ginger – 1 inch
Green Chilli – 2
Jeera – 1 tsp
Red Chilli – ½ tsp
Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp ya fir moti pisi hui mirch
Gota Dhania Seeds – 2 tsp
Namak – taste according
Fresh Dhaniya – 2 tbsp kata hua
Kachi Ghani Sarso Tel – 2 tbsp + fry karne ke lie

Pani – 4-5 liter
Rai ka Powder – 1 tsp
Namak – taste according
Lal Mirch – 1 tsp
Jeera – ½ tsp

Serve Karne ke lie – Bhuna Jeera Powder, Kala Namak, Lal Mirch Ya fir Dahi Bhalla Masala

Dahi Vade ke lie – Meethi Dahi , Khajur Imli ki Chutney , Hari Chutney aur Dahi Bhalla Masala
