salt 1 pinch
carom seeds 1 pinch
melted ghee 4 tbsp
yellow lentils 1/2 cup
gram frour 2 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
red chilli powder 1 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
coriander 1 tbsp
cumin seeds 1 tbsp
chat masala 1 tsp
oil 1 tbsp
oil for frying
