The kidney is responsible for removing any waste products from the body especially urine in the bladder.

It’s also regulates the blood pressure and keeping the bones healthy.
Most people will not notice if their kidneys are working slightly less well than they used to because this does not usually cause symptoms or stop the kidneys from working.

This will remain stable for many years at first and for some it can get worsen earlier in their lives.
So it’s important to maintain a healthy kidney in our life so that it can still maintain its function into our old age. This video will show you step by step how to strengthen your kidney
