Ingredients
(Makes 4 egg rolls)
1 Tbsp Oil
4-5 Garlic Cloves
2-3 Tbsp Carrot
1/2 Cup Cabbage
2 Tbsp Capsicum
Spring Onion
1/4 Tsp soya sauce
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
4 Eggs
Salt to Taste
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
2 Tbsp Spring Onion
Ghee
Slice Cheese
Dates and Almonds
