Water – 1 cup
Butter – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 3-4 cloves
Ginger – 1 inch grated
Green Chili – 2
Onion – 1
Carrot – 2 tbsp
Pepper – ½ tsp
Schezwan sauce – 1 tbsp
Cabagge – ½ large
Maida – 1 1/2 cup

For Batter / Coating
Maida – 1/2 cup
Corn Flour – 1/2 cup
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1 tbsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Chat masala – 1 tsp
Pudina Powder – ½ tps
Pepper & Salt – As per taste
Crush Corn Flakes – 1 cup
