Ingredients for Authentic Tur Dal recipe in hindi

1 cup tur daal (Soak it in water for an hour prior to the cooking)

Salt

1 small tomato chopped

1 small onion chopped

1tsp haldi powder

1tsp cumin seeds

Create a paste of 3-4 green chillies and 4-5 Garlic cloves.

For tadka-

Cooking oil

2 garlic

Few curry leaves

1tsp Mustard seeds

2 red chillies

Coriander for garnishing.
