cream 4 to 5 tbsp
yogurt 4 tbsp
green chilli 5 & coriander 1/2 cup paste
garlic paste 1 tsp
raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
lemon 1
salt 1 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
black pepper 1 tsp
white pepper powder 1/2 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
ghee for frying
charcoal for smoke
