Ingredients-
(For Koftas)
Grated paneer- 1 cup
Grated Boiled potatoes- 1 cup
Chopped coriander leaves
Chopped Dry fruits- 2 tbsp
Chopped Coriander leaves
Chopped Green chillies
Salt to taste
Red chilli Powder- 1 tsp
Corn Starch- 3 tbsp

Sufficient oil to fry !

(For Creamy Gravy)
Oil- 2 tbsp
Jeera- 1 tsp
Bay leaf- 2
Cinnamon Stick- 2 inch
Elaichi- 2 nos
Roughly chopped onions- 1 cup
Roughly chopped Tomatoes- 1 cup
Green chillies- 2
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Red chilli Powder- 1.5 tsp
Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Hing Powder-1/4 tsp
Cashews- 7-8
Almonds- 7-8
Butter- 2 tbsp
Fresh cream- 1/4 cup
Crushed Kasoori methi- 1/2 tsp

**Dont add Koftas into Gravy !
Add Gravy Over Koftas, Just to maintain the crunch !
