Tomato – 2 medium size (sliced)
Green Chilli – 3
Ginger – 1 inch (sliced)
Salt – 2 teaspoon plan / to taste
Red Chilies powder – 2 teaspoon
Haldee/Turmeric Powder – ½ teaspoon
Imle/Tamarind – 25 dany/1 cup (Pulp)
Garam Masala – 1 teaspoon
Cumin Seeds/Jeera – 1 tablespoon
Garlic – 6 cloves (peeled)
Whole red chilies – 6
Oil for tadka or bhagar – ½ cup
