beef mince 1/2 kg
rice 750 gram
malka masoor daal 200 gram
oil 1 cup
onion 3
tomato 3
green chilli 4 to 5
coriander and mint leaves 1/2 cup
bay leave 1
black pepper 10
cloves 4
black cardamom 2
green cardamom 4
cumin seeds 1 tsp
black cumin seeds 1 tsp
cinnamon sticks 2
garlic paste 2 tbsp
red chilli powder 1 1/2 tbsp
coriander powder 1 tbsp
nutmeg & mace powder 1/4 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
salt 1 tsp
