मटर छोले बनाने की आसान विधि
Preparation time – 30 minutes

Ingredients:
Dry peas/white peas-200 gm
(Soaked it for 6-8 hrs or overnight)
Onion(chopped)-2(large)
Tomato(paste/grated)-2(medium)
Ginger garlic(paste/grated)-1 tbsp
Coriander leaves-1/4 cup
Roasted cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Dry red chilli-2
Bay leaves-2
Black pepper powder-1/4 tsp
Cooking oil-3 tbsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste or 1.5 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala-1/3 tsp
