Powdered Sugar – 32g / 1/4 cup
Milk – 120ml / 1/2 cup
Vinegar – 1/2 tsp
Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
Flour / Maida – 92.5g / 3/4 cup
Cocoa Powder – 15g / 2.5 tbsp.
Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp
Baking Powder – 3/4 tsp
