Ingredients:

Mix
1/3 Cup Yogurt
1/2 Cup Samolina
1/4 Teaspoon Ginger
1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric
4 Tablespoons Water
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Oil

Grease Tray add

1/2 Teaspoon Eno to the mixture

Microwave for 3 Minutes with Water on the Bottom, cover with a paper towel for few minutes.
