For gravy

1tbsp dried fenugreek leaves

Salt as per your taste

1 tbsp coriander powder

1 onion chopped

Few cashew nuts

1 tbsp red chilli powder

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 cup Cooking oil

Fresh cream

5 Tomatoes
