Indgredients

1tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Cumins
Half tsp Black Pepper
6 Dried Red Chillis
3 tbsp Cashew Nuts
1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
4 tbsp Fried Onions (Birista)
For Chicken Marination :
One Whole Chicken 1.5 to 2 kgs.
Half Cup Curds
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Some Saffron
Juice of one Lemon
2 tbsp Oil
Salt to Taste
1 and half tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tbsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 tsp Honey

Take a Pan

2 tbsp Oil
Some Dried Fenugreek Leaves
Some Coriander Leaves
Some Fresh Cream to be added in the Cashew Paste

Rice Preparation

500 gms Basmati Rice
2 tbsp Oil
3 Bay Leaves
4 Cloves
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Black jeera
2 Green Cardamoms
1 Star Anise (Badiyan)
1 Big Cardamom
1 Chopped Onion
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
3 Crushed Green Chillis
2 Glasses of Water
Salt to Taste
1/4 Cup Green Peas
1/4 Cup Coriander Leaves

White Sauce Preparation
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Milk
Salt to Taste
1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
1 Cube Grated Processed Cheese
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
Some Tomatoes
Some Capsicum
